#4 - Don Tapscott

"Tapscott is a leading business thinker on innovation, globalization, and the impact of rapidly changing technology on business and society." (1)  Tapscott discusses the new generation that is growing up with digital and how they multitask.  He argues it is a new way that these individuals think and interact.

In this video, Don Tapscott discusses the New Generation and how it is changing the world by developing new ways of thinking and interacting. Don Tapscott states that the top third of this generation are fantastic! Work and social time are intermixed.  "This place should be more fun!"  So, how should the new consumer be engaged?  The organization must know about the individual.  The organization must engage with the individual.  They expect it.
