According to Alyse Robertelli of The Robertelli Team Real Estate, 80% of her company’s clients come from referrals.  That’s 4 out of every 5 clients!  Are you taking the necessary steps to engage with your former clients on a continual basis to stay on the tip of their tongues when the opportunity presents itself for them to recommend a great agent to their family or friends?

Take a moment and think about the time you explained what Facebook was to someone older than 40 years old.  I bet it was difficult.  I bet you heard, “Why does anyone care what I’m doing,” or “I don’t want people to see everything I do.”  Now think about how many of those people have a Facebook page.  The answer is probably astonishingly high. 

Now just because your Grandma comments on all your photos does not necessarily translate into business value.  But for every person that didn’t know they needed or wanted a Facebook page was a marketing opportunity for businesses.

A call-to-action is a must have when attempting to draw customers in.  Let’s face it, just getting a visitor to your website does not increase sales or ultimately grow your business.  A call-to-action is used to provide focus to your website, a way to measure a sites success and ultimately to provide direction to your users.  It is used to keep customers engaged and gives certainty as to what the next steps are.  In other words, a call-to-action is a useful and presentable sales pitch that provides a benefit to the customer and works towards a goal for the company.
